FAQs

  • My style is relational, psychodynamic, trauma-informed and social justice minded. I like to think of myself as a warm and approachable guide to healing and wellness. I bring a sense of humor to my work along with a depth and breadth of clinical knowledge and personal experience. I encourage my clients to seek and discover the rewards of accessing their most authentic selves as we explore the depths and shallows of the psyche together. I am also action oriented and proactive in session. I am a deep listener and at the same time active and assertive in our work together.

A consultation call will also give you the opportunity to ask any questions of me that you may have.
