Services.
Individual Psychotherapy:
Operating from an intersectional feminist perspective, I weave mindfulness and creativity into all aspects of our work. I use somatic oriented approaches, re-authoring exercises and parts work in addition to classic, evidence based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy.
Supervision:
Education and guidance provided to pre-licencees in accordance with BBS statutes and regulations in the State of California and in accordance with the Florida Department of Health in The Sunshine State.
Fees.
Fees: My rate is $215 for a 50-minute therapy session. I accept payment via credit card or Zelle.
Insurance: I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. You may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement from your insurance company, depending on your plan. I am happy to provide you with a "superbill" to submit to your insurer upon request.
